We also provide a Gluten Free Breakfast and always have in GF Cereals, Muesli, Toast (separate Toaster) and GF sausages – if you would like GF fried bread, we would be delighted to do this for you, please just ask….

We have the usual favourites and change them occasionally.We always have Gluten Free cereals too, please just ask if they aren’t on the table
Muesli
Dorset muesli or Home Made when available – try it with milk or yoghurt and fruit.
Yoghurt
A selection of fruit and plain yoghurts from Yeo Valley, Somerset.
Poached Fruits
“A Full Belfry” – or select your choice from:
Fried bread, bacon, sausage, egg, tomatoes, mushrooms and beans
Egg
Roger’s hens at Blackhays Farm, Stockland, Honiton are superb. These Free-range eggs are so fresh and the yolks so bright you may occasionally need sunglasses! Lightly fried, poached (not with vinegar!) or scrambled.
Bacon
Barleymows Farm Shop, Snowden Hill, Chard – dry cured bacon.
Sausage
Barleymows Farm Shop or Complete Meats.
Mushrooms
Local Somerset mushrooms when in season.
Tomato
Oven-roasted vine tomatoes in a small amount of olive oil.
Beans
Heinz – of course!
Fried Bread
In goose fat, or olive oil if you prefer
Meat Free Sausages or Gluten Free Sausages
Toast
When you prefer to be served – at the beginning, the middle or end of breakfast, served with Fathers home-made jams and marmalade (when available). GF Toast is available too – with a separate toaster, please just ask.
